I am Belle Edwards, a licensed massage therapist practicing in Longmont, Colorado.  I received my training at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, completing the 1,000-hour certification program in 2007, an Associates of Occupational Studies Degree in Massage Therapy with a focus on prenatal, labor, and postpartum massage in 2008, and a variety of continuing education courses throughout the years since.

I combine elements of the different massage modalities and techniques I have learned over the years to create a relaxing, therapeutic experience customized for each client's unique goals and tension patterns.  My massage style has been described as slow-paced, intentional, and restorative; my specialty is moderately deep work that incorporates gentle movement and passive stretches to encourage the muscles to soften and lengthen while soothing the nervous system, resulting in an overall feeling of relaxation and ease in the body.

In addition to my on-site workplace massage practice, I worked with Longmont United Hospital, providing massage for Centura Health Integrative Medicine (formerly the Health Center of Integrative Therapies) until the department's closure in 2020.  I am currently accepting new patients at Blue Skies Massage & Wellness.
